Usain Bolt

Name : Usain st. Leo Bolt

Nickname :  "Lightning Bolt" , Usain "Gold"

Birth : Sherwood Content, Jamaica, 21st August 1986

Age : 27 years

Job : Olympic athlete

Titles : 6 olympic titles and 5 world titles

Records : 100m -> 9,58 s (WR)
             200m -> 19,19s (WR)
Trainer : Glem Mills 







Biography :
In the junior championship in 2001, won a gold medal in the 200 metre dash which made him the youngest winner of the event's history to that time. In 2004, at CARIFTA Games, was the first junior sprinter to run under 20 seconds in the 200 m.
His professional career began in 2004, and although he competed at the Olympics that year, he lost the next two seasons with injures.
In 2007 he surpassed the record of 200 m (previously held by Don Quarrie) with the time of 19.75 s.

ANNA TARRÉS I CAMPA

She was a catalan athlete. She has been the coach of  C. N. Kallipolis and she was the coach of the spanish national team (1994-2012)

HER CAREER

In 1979 she started to practice syncrhonized swimming, and only six months later she was in the Spanish Chapionships.
She was the best spanish swimmer. She participated in Los Ángeles Olympic Games in 1984, and the world Chapionships of 1986, 1988 and finally she retired. 


In 1997 she started coaching  the spanish national team.
She won 13 medals. In 2008 she received "La Creu de St. Jordi".

In 6th September she was dismissed. 

These sucssesful people inspire us...

Anna inspires me, because she is a very hard-working person, and in her last job, always strived for more, more and more... For perfection. Apart from this, in this last year, she has had to be very tough, because she was dimissed from her work, because of one lie.


Usain Bolt  inspires me, because he was born to a poor family  and at the beginning  (when he was a child) he trained  in a grass field without shoes  and he passed all the challenges and finally  he  has  become  the fastest  man in the world.
